Peanut Butter Cups
Intro:
Just as good as reese's
Ingredients:
10 Sheets Graham Crackers (Honey Main)
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1.5 Cups Creamy Peanut butter (Jif)
3 Cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Put powdered sugar and graham crackers in a blender, blend until dust.
Put suger/cracker dust though a fine mesh strainer to pull out any larger particles.
Melt peanut butter in the microwave.
Mix sugar/cracker mix and peanut butter until combined.
At this point it really just comes down to shaping the peanut butter and applying chocolate as you see fit. Generally what I will do is weight out 35 grams of the peanut butter/sugar/cracker mix and shape that into a silicon muffin cup. Put that in the freezer to set up, and then dip into melted chocolate.
